I'm upgrading from Crystal Report Server 2008 to Crystal Report Server 2013.
It turns out I needed to update the CRS Java SDK references that came with CRS 2013 in my Java application.
But after executing this line of code in CreateFileInPathLocation method below:
InputStream byteAryIS = (InputStream) reportClientDocument.getPrintOutputController().export(fileType);
I get a ReportSDKException error, "Can not create temp file".
From my search (https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3601870), I found out this was a generic error and turned on the logging of Report Application Server/Service in Crystal Report Server. In the Report Application Server log file, I found the message below:
