Hola Santosh,
El error "partner not reached (host 192.168.100.100,service sapdp00)" significa que tu GUI no puede alcanzar el Servidor de Aplicaciones que se ejecuta en el host 192.168.100.100, número de instancia 00 (en este caso, servicio de Dispatcher: sapdp00). Esto puede estar relacionado con problemas de red, o causado por un dispatcher que no está funcionando correctamente.
También deberías revisar el archivo de traza del Dispatcher (dev_disp) para verificar si hay algún error.

This is a very basic question, with a well-known answer. Please search before posting, as I'm sure you would find the answer easily.
This message means that either you are having network communication problems between your SAPGUI client and your SAP server, or the network or SAPLogon configuration on your client is incorrect. Or possibly your SAP server is down. Please look through the following for more information:
Note 1341701: partner 'hostname:service' not reached

Note 52959: sapms..., sapdp..., sapgw... unknown (or not found)
