We are currently seeking for a self-motivated candidate with a strong combination of business and technical skills, while driven to exceed customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of SAP Business One and BEAS.
- Document business requirements and functional specifications
- Provide application training to client users
- Provide technical support for project life cycle
- Work with application developers during development and testing phases
- Draft user documentation
Qualifications
- Highly proficient with SAP Business One, or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of or desire to become proficient in BEAS.
- Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills. (English C1)
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous projects
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT, software, consulting, or a related field
Preference:
- Knowledge B1UP and Produmex but not required
- Willing to learn fast!
